Elliott Scott HR is partnering with a globally recognised, multi-strategy investment management firm to hire an experienced Campus Recruiter as part of an expanding early-careers team.
This is a high-impact opportunity to join a sophisticated, high-performance organisation where early-career hiring is a strategic priority. The campus function plays a critical role in building long-term talent pipelines across quantitative, data, investment, and analytical populations.
About the Role
You will be responsible for recruiting top-tier intern and graduate talent, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business and contributing to best-in-class internship and early-career programs.
The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and intellectually rigorous — well suited to someone who enjoys ownership, scale, and working closely with technical and front-office teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver creative campus recruiting strategies for early-career hiring
- Manage a high-touch, end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to advise on hiring strategy and market insights
- Recruit for Quantitative, Data / Machine Learning, and Financial Analyst populations
- Support internship and in-house program planning and execution
- Leverage data to track outcomes and continuously improve hiring effectiveness
- Represent the firm at campus events and university engagements (domestic travel required during peak cycles)
Ideal Background
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic track record
- 3–7 years of recruiting experience, ideally within campus or early-career hiring
- Proven experience recruiting for Quants, Data / Machine Learning, or Financial Analyst roles
- Passion for engaging with and hiring early-career technical and analytical talent
- Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and university partners
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Detail-oriented, analytical, and solutions-focused mindset - Experience using applicant tracking systems
- Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel (PowerPoint a plus)
