SummaryThe Recruitment Analyst will be located in either the New York or Chicago office and support the firm’s recruiting efforts for Attorneys, Business Professionals, and Law Students by ensuring a smooth, well-coordinated, and efficient recruiting process from job posting through offer. The role will report directly to the Director of Recruiting and work closely with Recruiting Manager and has primary responsibility for interview coordination, candidate tracking, and recruiting administration.
In addition to core recruiting operations, the Recruitment Analyst supports summer associate recruiting, assists with sourcing efforts, and helps maintain accurate recruiting data and reporting. This role is well suited for someone who is organized, dependable, and capable of managing recruiting logistics independently while interacting professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities Recruiting Coordination and Operations- Coordinate virtual and on-site interviews, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview logistics and follow-up, and collect interview feedback from interviewers.
- Publish job advertisements on the firm’s careers site, applicant tracking system, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Track all applicants and recruiting activity using the firm’s applicant tracking system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruiting activity.
- Ensure recruiting documentation, including candidate profiles, interview notes, and employment-related materials, are properly maintained and electronically filed.
- Initiate and track pre-employment screening and conflict check processes for new hires.
- Assist recruiters with offer letter generation.
- Process and track recruiting-related expenses.
- Manage registration for law schools identified for on-campus interviews and resume access programs.
- Coordinate screening interviews and on-campus interview schedules, including preparation of materials and interviewer logistics.
- Collaborate with individual offices to schedule callback interviews, working with the travel coordinator as needed and gathering interviewer feedback.
- Assist in coordinating and, as appropriate, participating in law school recruiting events and activities; this role requires occasional travel, in-person presence, and the ability to serve as a professional and polished representative of the firm.
