As an Entry Level Recruiter
, you’ll sit at the center of the action. You’ll learn how high-stakes recruiting really works, gain exposure to executive search and financial services staffing, and play a critical role in searches that impact major organizations. This role is the entry point to a full-cycle recruiting career — with clear advancement, performance-based promotions, and the opportunity to build serious long-term earning power.

What You’ll Do- Identify and source top-tier talent across financial services, operations, and corporate support functions
- Use Linked In, job boards, and creative research strategies to uncover high-impact candidates
- Partner closely with recruiters to drive active, revenue-generating searches
- Review resumes and profiles to align talent with client needs
- Maintain and enhance our talent database to keep searches moving quickly and efficiently
- Stay dialed into market trends and continuously sharpen your sourcing approach
- How to identify, attract, and engage high-performing professionals
- How executive search and recruiting firms actually make money — and how you can, too
- The fundamentals of relationship-building, negotiation, and business development
- The systems, data, and processes behind elite recruiting teams
- What it takes to grow from entry-level to top producer
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- High energy, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn and win
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and naturally competitive
- A “figure-it-out” mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do
- No recruiting experience required — just ambition and drive
