As a Recruiting

OS Recruiter Partner, you will:

• Match qualified candidates to open roles on the platform
• Place talent across technical, business, and specialist positions
• Leverage AI-powered matching to identify best-fit opportunities
• Manage candidate and employer interactions through Recruiting OS
• Close placements and earn commissions upon hire
• You choose which roles to work on and how active you want to be.

Recruiters earn through:
