Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter ESO Consultants LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter Hourly Rate Range: $55 – $75/hour Location of Performance:
New York City (Hybrid / Limited remote flexibility) Job Type: Contract | Fixed hours based on workload

Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination for active recruitment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using multiple recruitment channels
• Conduct resume screening and initial interviews
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and documentation
• Coordinate interview logistics and communications
• Support recruitment events and outreach initiatives

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience
• Experience supporting high-volume or multi-role hiring
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Compensation: $75.00 per hour
