As an HR & Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Artefact US’s growth by helping attract, hire, onboard, and support top talent. You will contribute directly to building a dynamic, inclusive, and high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
  • Support the end-to-end hiring process, including posting roles, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and organizing campus recruiting activities.
  • Maintain ATS accuracy, cleanliness, and reporting to ensure visibility into pipeline health.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives, including social media content, events, and updates to our careers platform.
Resourcing & Workforce Planning
  • Support the resourcing workflow by tracking requests and updating Artefact’s internal resourcing system.
  • Maintain accurate staffing trackers that inform leadership decision-making.
  • Support associate contractor engagement, including sourcing, contracting, onboarding, and offboarding.
Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Coordinate all onboarding logistics (equipment, access, induction scheduling, documentation, and compliance requirements).
  • Execute onboarding/offboarding checklists, HRIS data entry, and administrative workflows.
  • Coordinate offboarding steps including termination documentation, access removal, and asset return.
Training & Development Support
  • Maintain attendance logs, certification records, training calendars, and communications.
  • Help plan internal learning sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Serve as a connector between employees and development resources.
HR Operations & Employee Support
  • Serve as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR inquiries related to policies, benefits, systems, and documentation.
  • Maintain HR systems, personnel records, data accuracy, and policy documents.
  • Support performance cycle coordination, including communications, timelines, and document management.
  • Assist with employee relations administrative tasks, documentation templates, and acknowledgement tracking.
  • Coordinate with benefit providers and support employee benefits administration.
Talent & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Support HR events, team-building activities, wellbeing initiatives, and DE&I programming.
  • Assist with internal HR communications, scheduling, reminders, and engagement logistics.
  • Stay informed on HR and employment trends and recommend opportunities for process improvement.
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related discipline preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, Recruiting, People Operations, or an administrative/coordination role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite; experience with HRIS, ATS tools, or data analysis is a plus.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Adaptable, process-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Clear, professional communication skills with a service-focused approach.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
