About the role

We’re seeking a highly organized, poised recruiter with proven experience hiring at scale in warehouse or manufacturing environments. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for hourly roles, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and continually improve the candidate experience.

What you’ll do
  • Own 20–50 open requisitions on average, driving end-to-end recruiting from intake to offer.
  • Post and refresh roles across relevant job boards; proactively source, screen, and schedule all interviews.
  • Partner with hiring managers to craft role profiles, align on strategy, and build targeted talent pipelines for each vacancy.
  • Elevate candidate experience—communicate clearly, follow up promptly, and keep applicants informed of status.
  • Lead and streamline the weekly onboarding process; identify and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain a clean, accurate ATS: move candidates through stages, post jobs, and generate status updates.
  • Create and publish recruiting content for social channels and internal digital signage to spotlight openings and company events.
What you bring
  • 3–5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in warehouse or manufacturing settings.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting in high-volume, fast-paced environments (managing ~20–50 reqs).
  • Exceptional communication, phone presence, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple requisitions and shifting priorities with calm, high emotional intelligence.
  • Working knowledge of ATS tools and strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, fast learner, collaborative team player; comfortable working in diversified/manufacturing environments.
