Payrate: $50/hr
Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday,
Duration: 6 weeks with potential to extend but is covering for a Leave of Absence

An international law firm with a focus on Capital Finance and Real Estate law is seeking a Temporary Lawyer Recruiting Administrator to join its dynamic Lawyer Recruiting and Development team. This role will support attorney recruiting efforts, with a focus on entry-level hiring in the New York office and lateral associate recruiting for a national practice group.
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate all aspects of entry-level lawyer recruitment for the New York office.
Manage full interview lifecycle: schedule interviews, prepare interview materials and credentials, and ensure candidates are welcomed and informed during their visit.
Facilitate attorney involvement in the recruitment process and gather feedback from interviewers for review by hiring committees.
Draft candidate correspondence, including rejection and offer letters.
Respond to inquiries regarding the application and interview process in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with planning and execution of recruiting events at target New York law schools.
Support lateral recruiting efforts for the Capital Finance and Real Estate team, including managing job postings, scheduling, and candidate communication.
Coordinate with attorneys and search firms regarding lateral hiring activity and ensure timely candidate updates.
Maintain recruiting systems and tools, including inputting candidate information, managing evaluations, and updating interview schedules (experience with Law Cruit or similar software preferred).
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree strongly preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in attorney recruiting, talent management, or a related role—ideally within a law firm, professional services, or similar client-focused environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Experience with recruiting platforms such as Law Cruit is preferred.
