Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate to assist the recruiting and HR department. This position focuses on coordinating the attorney recruitment process, organizing the summer associate program, and coordinating on-campus interviews (OCI).
Responsibilities- Associate attorney recruiting
- Organize and schedule orientation for attorneys
- Coordinate all aspects of the summer associate program, including:
- Onboarding/Offboarding
- Coordinating weekly CLE seminars
- Planning events
- Coordinate and organize evaluations for mid-summer and final reviews
- Serve as the primary point of contact for summer associates
- Coordinate OCI with various law schools
- Assist with various HR tasks
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- 1 or more years of experience in attorney recruiting, HR, or similar role
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Entry level
