Junior Recruiting Coordinator

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate to assist the recruiting and HR department. This position focuses on coordinating the attorney recruitment process, organizing the summer associate program, and coordinating on-campus interviews (OCI).

• Associate attorney recruiting
• Organize and schedule orientation for attorneys
• Coordinate all aspects of the summer associate program, including:
• Onboarding/Offboarding
• Coordinating weekly CLE seminars
• Planning events
• Coordinate and organize evaluations for mid-summer and final reviews
• Serve as the primary point of contact for summer associates
• Coordinate OCI with various law schools
• Assist with various HR tasks

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• 1 or more years of experience in attorney recruiting, HR, or similar role
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
