Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of progressive IT experience
- Cognos TM1
- Source candidates from proprietary database and various sources.
- Validate candidates’ experience and skill sets against client’s position.
- Conduct initial screening based on position and client’s work culture.
- Submit qualified candidates to the technical team.
- Technical team prepares matrix of requirements and validates technical skills.
- Administrative personnel conduct detailed background check per client agreement.
- Onboard candidate and assist integration at client’s location.
