Base pay range

$120,000 - $135,000 per year

The Role

As an HR Manager, you will be a key part of Zencity’s People team, leading HR strategy and operations for our U.S. site while reporting to the Director of HR, based in Israel.

Responsibilities
  • Your role will span the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and compliance with U.S. labor laws. You will play a crucial role in fostering a strong company culture and ensuring that our teams are engaged, motivated, and supported in their growth.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 4+ years of HR experience from a tech company located in the U.S., with at least a year experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in management coaching, including working with mid‑management and senior management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.
  • Ability to work independently and drive HR initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with payroll and benefit management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
