About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Senior HR Specialist to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations and supporting our organization's growth.

  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Egypt.
  • Responsible forHR information systems and databases
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Responsible on organizing team building and engagement programs.
  • Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and regulations by conducting audits| Maintaining employee records.
  • Assist in performance management process.
  • Responsible ononboardingnew hires to ensure a smooth introduction to the company’s culture and systems.
  • Responsible onoff-boarding process.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and reports, including responsibility for maintaining personnel records in the system.
  • Assist in conducting any HR related reports.
  • Experience in onboarding and offboarding process with the government affairs.
  • Follow up on staff training and development programs.
What do we need from you
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
  • 5- 7years of experience in HR field
  • Excellent knowledge of various HR functions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • In-depth understanding of Egyptian labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Commitment to protecting the interests of employees.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
