A leading biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition with 5+ years of recruitment experience, specifically within field sales in the life sciences sector.
The role will be responsible for managing and improving the full lifecycle recruitment process across different functions in field sales. The position will assist with hiring, creating a strong candidate pipeline and collaborating with leadership and external recruitment partners as needed for any larger recruitment efforts. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to effectively and efficiently move candidates through the process, communicate with candidates and source for open roles on the team.
Job Responsibilities and Duties- Manage full lifecycle recruitment process with a focus on the candidate experience and sourcing top tier talent
- Lead targeted searches for open roles and utilize Linked In and other sources to identify and contact passive candidates
- Partner with hiring managers during recruitment process to assess skills and competencies for role and help to identify and move candidates through pipeline
- Schedule candidate interviews and presentations
- Assist with developing, formatting and posting new job descriptions
- Conduct candidate phone screens for specific roles
- Create a diversified sourcing strategy including referral networks, targeted outreach, targeted job postings, and managing relationships with search firms
- Work closely with HR team to streamline and improve recruitment process and build out an employer brand strategy and collaborate with HR team for offer letter and onboarding process
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience – some field sales recruitment experience is required
- Experience in recruitment within life sciences, pharma or biotech
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with Greenhouse Recruitment strongly preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment with the ability to juggle multiple open positions and active
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
The anticipated salary range for this role: $115,000 - $130,000 (DOE) + discretionary bonus, equity and excellent benefits
This role is located in downtown NYC, onsite 3 days/week in office, 2 days remote.
