We’re scaling fast and looking for a Senior Recruiter to help shape the future of our growing team. As a key member of the People & Talent organization, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting for critical roles across the company—partnering closely with leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent. You’ll play a strategic role in refining our hiring processes, elevating the candidate experience, and helping us build a culture that attracts exceptional people.

What You’ll Do:- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Partner with leadership across departments to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using creative sourcing methods and market insights.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.
- Use data and metrics to inform recommendations, identify bottlenecks, and optimize our recruiting funnel.
- Mentor and collaborate with recruiting coordinators and junior recruiters to improve team performance.
- Help shape employer branding initiatives to position Life Space Digital as an employer of choice in the startup ecosystem.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts throughout the hiring process.
- 4–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a fast-scaling startup or dynamic, high-growth company.
- Strong track record of closing technical and/or go-to-market roles across multiple levels.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven approach—you understand how to use recruiting metrics to drive decisions.
- High sense of ownership, urgency, and adaptability in a constantly evolving environment.
- Experience using modern recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever) and sourcing platforms and tools (e.g., Linked In Recruiter, Gem).

The pay range for this position is $110,000-$135,000 + bonus; however, the base pay may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience.
