- Lead the full-cycle campus recruitment process for the New York office, including on-campus interviews, callback interviews, offer processes, and onboarding
- Strategically design, manage, and evaluate the Summer Associate Program, including orientation, work assignments, mentorship, social programming, and evaluations
- Partner closely with Hiring Partners, Practice Leaders, and the Inclusion & Opportunity team to meet hiring goals and promote diversity
- Collaborate with other Recruitment Managers firm-wide to align strategies and best practices across offices
- Supervise, train, and mentor recruiting coordinators and assistants to ensure high-quality support and professional growth
- Overssee law student outreach initiatives, including 1L engagement, student group partnerships, and law school branding campaigns
- Manage lateral associate hiring, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding and integration
- Develop and manage recruitment budgets, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with department goals
- Monitor and analyze recruiting data to assess effectiveness and generate reports for internal stakeholders
- Stay informed of industry trends, recruiting benchmarks, and law school hiring practices to continuously enhance strategy
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Law school & campus recruitment experience required
- Minimum of 2 years management experience and 5 years relevant legal, personnel, or recruitment experience
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with attorneys, staff, and candidates
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as Law Cruit, Flo Recruit, vi Desktop, and applicant tracking systems is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with data tracking and reporting
