Title: Temporary Recruiter (1-2 months)

Location: Remote – New York, NY

Hours: Full‑time

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our hiring needs for a short‑term engagement. This role will focus on filling technology positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and skilled in managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast‑paced environment.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for technology and professional services roles.
• Manage the full recruitment process, including interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment with hiring goals.

• Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on technology (ie: machine learning, software engineer, etc.)
• Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and networking.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

• Experience recruiting for both contract and permanent positions.
• Knowledge of current market trends in technology.

• $48‑$72 per hour
