Our client has raised $17 million in funding to build an innovative open‑source visual AI platform that enables anyone to create generative workflows through an intuitive, code‑free interface. The platform uses a visual node‑based system, supports a growing library of community‑built tools, and helps artists, creators, and technical teams design complex AI processes with ease.
Location & Work Type
:
San Francisco, CA — Full Time, Onsite.
- Own full‑cycle recruiting across engineering, design, go‑to‑market, and general & administrative roles.
- Build and refine the recruiting engine, including interview loops, scorecards, sourcing systems, candidate experience, and applicant tracking system hygiene.
- Monitor funnel health (pass‑through rates, time to hire, source mix) and continuously improve quality and speed.
- Partner closely with founders to plan headcount, clarify role scopes, uphold hiring standards, and maintain hiring momentum.
- Source creatively through open‑source communities, Git Hub, Discord, specialized technical networks, and outbound channels.
- Close high‑quality candidates by clearly communicating the company mission, growth trajectory, and equity potential.
- Optionally grow into a Head of Talent role by hiring and mentoring recruiters and owning end‑to‑end talent strategy.
- More than 5 years of full‑cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Experience hiring across engineering, machine learning & AI, design, go‑to‑market, and general & administrative teams.
- Ability to excel in fast‑moving early‑stage environments with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
- Hands‑on experience building or strong interest in building a recruiting function from the ground up.
- Strong system‑design mindset for recruiting—including interview frameworks, process creation, and first‑principles thinking.
- Comfort working with data and speaking in terms of pass‑through rates, time to offer, and conversion metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence founders and hiring managers with clarity and sound judgment.
- Genuine interest in AI and modern creative tools.
- Ability to build trust across different disciplines and shift context between engineering, go‑to‑market, and operations hiring.
- Based in San Francisco or willing to join an in‑person, high‑velocity team culture.
