Oliver James has been active in the USA market for about 10 years, placing senior professionals across various disciplines, with a physical setup since October 2015. We recruit for roles in IT, Data & Analytics, Change Management, Finance & Accountancy, Underwriting, Claims, and Broking within financial services, consultancy, fintech, and technology sectors.
As a Senior Associate on the Technology desk, you will develop our Contract technology team by sourcing within IT, Cloud, Data & Analytics verticals.
Responsibilities
- All recruiters at Oliver James operate in 360 roles, proactively headhunting candidates and developing new business relationships.
- The successful candidate will focus on building a profitable desk within the technology sector, collaborating with the existing team and leveraging our extensive client base.
- You will be responsible for achieving set targets.
- Define client requirements, map organizational structures, cultures, and growth plans.
- Network with candidates and clients regularly, organize networking events and presentations.
- Negotiate with FTSE 150 companies, understanding PSL implications for permanent and contract hires.
- Cross-sell other disciplines and incorporate other business areas into relationships.
