Senior Oracle HCM Systems Analyst

A leading organization is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Systems Analyst to support its Corporate Payroll operations. This role focuses on ensuring the functionality and integrity of Oracle Cloud HCM systems, with a strong emphasis on payroll, time and labor, and tax-related processes. The position involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to enhance and support system processes and compliance.

• Ensure the functionality and integrity of Oracle Cloud HCM systems, with emphasis on payroll, time and labor, and tax-related processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance and support system processes and compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR Technology, Payroll, or Time & Labor systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – Time & Labor module.
• Minimum 1 year working directly with payroll tax elements and tax calculations.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

• Compensation Range: $84,000 – $115,000 per year
