• Proactively engage with CFOs, investment professionals, and finance leaders at private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
• Pitch Finatal’s expertise in placing high-impact financial talent.
• Negotiate terms, fees, and advise for clients.
• Become a trusted advisor, helping clients make informed hiring decisions that support their growth.

• Build and manage a high-caliber network of finance professionals on an interim and permanent basis.
• Source talent using a mix of platforms – Linked In, job boards, CRM, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls, and follow-up meetings (face to face and virtual) to understand each candidate’s experience.
• Match top candidates with the right opportunities, ensuring both technical fit and cultural alignment.

• 2023–2025 graduate with experience in outbound sales or customer-facing roles
• High-achiever with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
• Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Confident communicator who enjoys relationship-building
• Must be able to commute to our Manhattan office 4 days/week
• Willingness to learn from specialist recruiters in the Private Equity market
