Human Resources Associate

Job Summary: The HR Associate will support HR initiatives and processes, assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintain employee records. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HR software and databases is advantageous.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

The salary range for this role is $60,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience.
