How It Works
Earnings
- 💸 10% of the success fee per hire (average success fee = $15K → ~$1.5K per placement).
- 💸 +10% bonus if you personally screen the candidate.
- 💸 20% for referrals (introduce a candidate who gets hired).

- • Commissions on placements made by Talent Partners you bring in
- • Access to our AI + network to source for your own briefs
