Job Description

Vaco is seeking a Senior Associate Recruiter to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. The role involves managing recruitment efforts within the accounting and finance sectors, supporting payroll and benefit administration, and onboarding new clients and employees.

Responsibilities
  • Support payroll processes for multi-state employees, acting as a backup when necessary.
  • Enter and maintain payroll information, including updates to direct deposits, wage changes, bonuses, and garnishments.
  • Administer employee benefits and handle onboarding of new clients into the payroll system.
  • Coordinate recruiting efforts to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, charitable contributions, etc.
  • Update vacation, PTO, sick time, and 401(k) deductions.
  • Utilize ADP Workforce Now or related payroll software; prior HR or payroll experience is preferred.
