At Castell Rooftop Lounge, we are in the business of taking care of people—and this ethos begins with our employees. We are currently seeking an energetic Front of House Manager. This position is perfect for you if you have a dynamic floor presence, excellent leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine interest in others.

As a Front of House Manager at Castell Rooftop Lounge, you will be the right hand to our General Manager, providing guests with the best possible experience and creating a positive work culture by personally exemplifying our core values. You will also be responsible for assisting the General Manager to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds its financial targets and overseeing the restaurant's preparedness for daily service and DOH inspection readiness.

• Assist the General Manager to ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds financial targets and oversee daily service preparedness and DOH inspection readiness.

• Relevant experience in a similar role in a craft cocktail bar or high-end establishment, preferably with a background in beverage management.
• Desire and motivation to work with a lot of energy and positivity
• Proficient in managing beverage inventory, tracking product usage, and implementing cost-control measures to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
• Sufficiently technically savvy to become proficient with key systems and IT infrastructure (Open Table, Toast, Restaurant 365, Dolce)
• Food Handler's Certification from the Department of Health
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan ahead
• Understand and support managing financial implications of operational decisions
• A good sense of humor
• Must be at least 21 years old
