Overnight Night Auditor FLSD​/Reception Agent

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Night Auditor (with FLSD certification) in a brand of lifestyle hotel, at an iconic location in Downtown NYC. The hotel is part of the award-winning German-based Motel One group. Join our team and seize this unique opportunity!

The focus of this role is on the professional care of our hotel guests. Building a relationship with our guests is one of the key factors to making their stay an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will also include the following:

• Conduct check-ins and check-outs and assist guests as they arrive and depart.
• Provide quality customer services with a smile to all hotel guests.
• Share local concierge knowledge with guests as needed.
• Assume responsibility of the hotel and operations during the night shift
• Take ownership and accountability for the hotel and its guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Conduct day-end closing reports, postings and nightly closing processes.
• Gain insights into new tasks by working together with other departments.

• You are eager to develop your career and work well in diverse, multicultural teams.
• You are open, welcoming, and possess excellent communication skills.
• You maintain a neat outer appearance, positive charisma, and good manners at all times.
• You exhibit a high level of quality awareness and a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
• FLSD Certification is required.
