Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years old
- Junior or Senior preferred, currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, hotel/tourism management, or a related field.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, with strong communication skills
- Ability to follow policies and procedures and exercise sound judgment
- Capable of handling guest concerns professionally, including difficult situations
- Reliable and flexible to meet scheduling needs, including occasional nonstandard hours
