Position Summary
The Assistant Manager supports daily rink operations, ensuring a clean, safe, fun, and welcoming environment. This role leads by example, assists with staff supervision, and helps maintain smooth, efficient operations during busy sessions and events.
Reports ToGeneral Manager
SchedulePart-time, 15–25 hours per week (primarily weekends, some weekdays; flexible scheduling available)
Pay Rate$21.00 per hour
Location150 Furman Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201 (back of Pier 2, near basketball courts)
Key Responsibilities- Support and oversee daily operations and team members
- Lead by example with a positive, guest‑first attitude
- Assist with cash handling and control procedures
- Help manage large guest volumes (100+ guests)
- Contribute to a fun, engaging guest experience
- Learn and assist with business financials and performance metrics
- Management or operations experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurant, retail, or related industries
- Proven cash‑handling experience
