Job Description
The Riccardo Maggiore Salon is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/Coordinator. This agent of beauty will be the first point of contact for our customers and will provide them with phenomenal service.

Candidates MUST HAVE reception experience. Applicants should be computer literate, multi-taskers who possess outstanding customer service skills and enjoy an upscale environment.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a great team.

Must be able to work:
Monday through Thursday

Hours:

Monday: 8AM to 5PM and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8AM to 2PM

Hours may be increased during busier days.

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

1PM to close (closing is between 6:30PM and 7:30PM)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answering phones
• Booking appointments
• Checking customers in and out
• Keeping the Front Desk running smoothly
• Customer service
• Inventory
• Creating the schedule for the assistants

• Front desk reception: 1 year (Required)
• Previous experience with Meevo, Millennium, Booker or other booking system is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Hourly rate commensurate with experience
