Time Commitment

Approximately 32‑40 hours per week

Schedule

Flexible – including nights, weekends, and holidays. This role is a swing shift with expectations to cover 2 overnight shifts each week.

The Role

The Hospitality Associate is an on‑site facilitator of everything a Kasa guest experiences during their stay. In the NYC market, you will have end‑to‑end ownership over the guest experience at the 70 Pine location. Your daily tasks include checking guests in, providing local area recommendations, coordinating with Housekeeping, working with our regional GX team, identifying upsell and revenue opportunities, maintaining the lobby and property vibe, addressing guest needs, and delivering 5‑star service.

Benefits & Pay
  • Pay: Starting base pay range $28.00–$29.00 per hour, subject to change based on market, experience, and attributes. Eligible for equity, bonuses, perks, benefits, and Kasa Travel Credits.
