Job Title: Food Services Operations Specialist
Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM, 5x8 Hours
Facility Location: New York, NY

Job Description: NYC Health and Hospitals (H+H) is spearheading Humanitarian efforts to coordinate meal distribution for guests. As a Food Services Operations Specialist, your primary responsibilities include overseeing catering programs, implementing policies to enhance guest satisfaction while reducing costs, and managing onsite Hospitality & Logistics (H&L) team operations.

Skills Required:

• 1-2 years of management experience with a proven track record in people management and process implementation.
• Background in operations roles.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear directives and cohesion among all F&B program stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of management experience
• Background/experience in catering
• Familiarity with Excel
