• To assist the Assistant Outlet Manager/Outlet Manager in planning, implementing, organizing and coordinating the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant on a daily basis.
• To assist the Assistant Outlet Manager/Outlet Manager in ensuring that the restaurant is running in an efficiently manner and proper service is offered at all times.
• To assist the Assistant Outlet Manager/Outlet Manager in assuring the most efficient operation of the dining room, offering the maximum in service of hotel guests through good planning and coordination with other departments.

• Previous 5 star hotel experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
