• Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance, greet and thank guests, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
• Be outside and active most of the day, standing and walking, and occasionally assist with items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning, maintenance tasks, or other special projects.

• Must Haves
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, walk, and carry items up to 50 lbs if needed.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can help resolve customer issues positively.

• Valet parking: 1 year or more.

Propark Mobility está contratando Asistentes de Estacionamiento (Valet) para oportunidades de tiempo completo y medio tiempo con inicio inmediato.

• Saludar siempre con una actitud alegre a los clientes y agradecerles sinceramente al retirarse.
• Estacionar y recuperar los vehículos de los clientes de manera segura y oportuna.
• Explicar las tarifas de estacionamiento y proporcionar instrucciones para que los clientes recuperen sus vehículos.
• Inspeccionar cada vehículo antes de tomar posesión y seguir las pautas de la empresa.
• Mantener la apariencia del uniforme, saludar y agradecer a los clientes con entusiasmo y resolver problemas.
• Estar al aire libre y activo la mayor parte del día, de pie y caminando, y ayudar con artículos de hasta 50 lbs.
