About

The Role

The Food & Beverage Floor Manager supports operations by ensuring standards are met, service is efficient, and policies are followed. This is a seasonal position from April to November 2025.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Report to Senior F&B Management
  • Lead and support F&B staff during events, managing breaks and service assistance
  • Ensure compliance with DOH, SLA, OSHA, and conduct spot inspections
  • Oversee setup, breakdown, and inventory of bars and service areas
  • Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate event details
  • Maintain high standards of conduct, morale, and inclusivity among staff
  • Monitor employee performance and provide training as needed
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of work spaces
  • Coordinate with Artist Relations for hospitality requests
  • Use applications like Billfold, Google Drive, Market Man, Prism for information management
  • Develop and update departmental SOPs
  • Handle ad hoc projects and administrative duties
  • Qualifications
  • 3-4 years in high-volume food and beverage operations
  • Experience in fast-paced environments
  • Positive leadership style and problem-solving skills
  • Weekend availability
  • NYC Food Protection Certificate
  • Bartending and POS experience preferred
  • Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work long shifts, including overnight
  • Lift up to 40 lbs
  • Stand for extended periods
  • Compensation
    • $33-$35 per hour
