About
The Role The Food & Beverage Floor Manager supports operations by ensuring standards are met, service is efficient, and policies are followed. This is a seasonal position from April to November 2025.
Essential Responsibilities
Report to Senior F&B ManagementLead and support F&B staff during events, managing breaks and service assistanceEnsure compliance with DOH, SLA, OSHA, and conduct spot inspectionsOversee setup, breakdown, and inventory of bars and service areasLead pre-shift meetings and communicate event detailsMaintain high standards of conduct, morale, and inclusivity among staffMonitor employee performance and provide training as neededEnsure cleanliness and organization of work spacesCoordinate with Artist Relations for hospitality requestsUse applications like Billfold, Google Drive, Market Man, Prism for information managementDevelop and update departmental SOPsHandle ad hoc projects and administrative dutiesQualifications
3-4 years in high-volume food and beverage operationsExperience in fast-paced environmentsPositive leadership style and problem-solving skillsWeekend availabilityNYC Food Protection CertificateBartending and POS experience preferredPhysical Requirements
Ability to work long shifts, including overnightLift up to 40 lbsStand for extended periodsCompensation
