Role

The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the Revenue Team Leader ~ Assistant Manager who will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Revenue Team Leader ~ Assistant Manager is responsible to provide revenue accounting leadership and business best practices to the hotel.

The Revenue Manager has responsibility for all technical accounting aspects of hotel s revenue streams. This role will provide key leadership surrounding the hotel s revenue recognition policies and will regularly interface with the sales, operations and marketing organizations.

This position is ranked from as Team Leader ~ Assistant Manager level, and will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Qualifications
  • Team Leader level:
    Minimum 2 years of hotel operations experience
  • Assistant Manager level:
    Minimum 4 years of hotel operations experience
  • Practical experience in Hotel Revenue Management, OTA, or Reservation
  • Proficient in hotel revenue systems such as OPERA, RMS, Demand 360, Light House, STR, with a solid understanding of Rate, Inventory, and Overbooking management
  • Experienced in Revenue KPI analysis, Rate Parity management, and OTA commission reconciliation
  • Strong responsibility for managing operational risks such as reservation errors, fraud, and group block, ensuring data accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with related departments and external partners
  • Ability to communicate in English (email and meeting level)
