As an Overnight Housekeeper
, you will play a key role in maintaining the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and service in designated areas. In support of the hotel's efforts to achieve and maintain five-star service, you will complete assigned cleaning in public areas or guest rooms, respond to guest requests, and complete special projects to enhance the overall guest experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to hospitality will ensure that all areas meet the expectations of luxury and excellence.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Clean and maintain designated areas to uphold the hotel's cleanliness and condition standards.
• Clean guest rooms as assigned.
• Regularly inspect assigned areas to identify and address cleanliness or maintenance concerns.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
• Deliver supplies and amenities to departments, guest rooms, and storage areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring exceptional service and hospitality.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and hotel policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the housekeeping and operations teams.
