Catering Captain

The Role at a glance

We are looking to add a experienced and motivated Catering Captain to join our Constellation team at Blackstone in New York, NY. As a Catering Captain, you will have the opportunity to ensure smooth food service for a variety of events and supervise front and back of house activity.

Compensation is $25-$28 an hour.

Must Submit a Resume

• Leading a team of catering staff to direct a successful service.
• Facilitating transportation of equipment and service, maintaining inventory, ensuring maintenance of catering equipment and storage areas, and room decoration.

• Excellent communication and organization skills, attention to detail, and service knowledge.
• At least two years of experience as a service lead or supervisor in a hotel or catering environment.
