About the role:
Front Office Manager
The Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring high customer service standards, positively resolving issues, and motivating the team.
What you’ll be doing :- Promoting hotel services, gathering customer feedback, addressing complaints, assisting during peak times, maintaining communication with other departments (like Housekeeping), and preparing work schedules in line with business needs.
- Collaborate on improving guest service, manage room revenue, oversee departmental financial performance, and lead training initiatives for staff.
- Upholding health and safety standards, contributing to marketing efforts, and participating in community relations.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior front office management role within a high-end hotel, resort environment
- Proven track record of driving profitability and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Operations or a related field
- Fluency in English is essential, proficiency in another language is highly desirable
