** What You'll Do*
* + Lead and manage all catering operations, including event planning, menu development, logistics, and on-site execution

+ Collaborate with campus partners, clients, and culinary teams to ensure all events exceed expectations

+ Manage catering budgets, staffing, and scheduling to ensure operational efficiency and profitability

+ Oversee setup and presentation to maintain Sodexo's high standards of service and quality

+ Train, develop, and mentor catering staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences

+ Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

** What You Bring*
* + 3+ years of experience managing catering or events in a hospitality, campus, or hotel environment

+ Proven track record in planning and executing large-scale and upscale events

+ Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

+ Excellent communication, customer service, and team-building abilities

+ A passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering exceptional guest experiences

+ Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as events require

* Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
