We’re on the hunt for a REAL Publican, someone who lives and breathes hospitality, leads from the front, and brings locals together by creating pub experiences they love.

Sitting on Read Street in the centre of Rockingham, Leisure Inn is in the heart of the community. A stone's throw away from the shores of Rockingham Beach and less than an hour drive south of Perth CBD, we're the perfect getaway to experience the best of Western Australia's coastline. Our spacious bistro has everything our guests want for their overdue family lunch, a catch up with mates or an intimate date night.
Salary:$90,000 to $100,000 (+ superannuation + bonus)
A day in the life of a Publican:- You know the locals by name, they reckon you’re one of their own, all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
- You run the place like it’s your own modern‑day home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant.
- You're the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high‑performing team.
- You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
- You bring the vibe, the service, and the smiles – every shift, every day.
- This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

- Hold current industry RSA and Approved Managers Card as per WA state requirements
