Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Summary: Working as a Catering Director, this role is responsible for overseeing Catering and Events. The position manages a team of staff, builds strong client relationships, and ensures the catering experience delivered to guests is of outstanding quality.

• Coordinate and oversee internal and external catering events
• Develop and maintain the catering marketing plan, including comprehensive event planning services and detailed menu development
• Hire, train, and schedule catering staff; actively support the ongoing development of team members in service techniques, menu presentation, policies, and procedures
• Ensure successful execution of catering functions, including labor and food cost control, food preparation, transportation, set‑up, service, and cleanup of all events

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the hospitality industry, including at least two (2) years in a management role (preferably catering management)
• Demonstrated experience with menu booking and selection, cost analysis, contract pricing, and sourcing temporary staff and equipment
• Proven ability to supervise food preparation, service, and post‑event cleanup
