Food and Beverage Supervisor - JdV by Hyatt Brooklyn

Midas Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the JdV by Hyatt located in Brooklyn, NY. This position will oversee the Bistro and all other food and beverage outlets within the hotel.

• Hire, train, coach and counsel employees.
• Conduct performance reviews, recommend discipline and termination.
• Follow all brand standards and programs while managing the operations of the Food and Beverage department to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations as well as federal, state and local regulations.
• Forecast, implement, monitor, control and report on the various outlet budgets and their components to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while ensuring adequate supplies and staff are on hand to provide top quality customer service.
• Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience.

• At least two years experience managing or supervising in the Food and Beverage industry
• Two years hotel experience
