About the role

As a Spa Account Manager
, you will be responsible for supporting and growing a portfolio of spa groups and hotel spa partners on the Resort Pass platform. You will play a critical role in driving spa performance by optimizing inventory, pricing, booking rules, and guest experience through data‑driven insights and hands‑on partner support. This role is ideal for someone passionate about wellness and hospitality, highly organized, and excited to work directly with spa operators from standalone luxury spas to full‑service hotel spas, helping them succeed in a fast‑growing marketplace.

You will collaborate closely with the broader Account Management, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure spa partners are set up for long‑term success and meaningful revenue growth. This role will be in person at our energetic NYC headquarters. The base salary for this role will range from $80,000 - $90,000 per year, plus equity, commensurate with experience.

What you’ll do
  • Proactively manage relationships with hotel spas, spa groups, and independent spas to achieve KPI‑driven performance goals
  • Consult with partners to expand spa inventory and product SKUs, including treatments, amenities, and packages that drive incremental revenue
  • Analyze spa performance data to deliver actionable recommendations around pricing, availability, booking windows, and promotions to improve conversion
  • Identify and unlock revenue opportunities through strategic upselling, product optimization, and seasonal inventory expansion
  • Enhance the guest experience by monitoring reviews, identifying trends and issues, and partnering with spas to quickly resolve concerns and improve satisfaction
  • Provide responsive, high‑quality support for all partner inquiries, acting as a trusted point of contact
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of the Resort Pass platform, spa offerings, and evolving features
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to support partner growth and launch new spa products
  • Troubleshoot partner issues, maintain accurate documentation, and stay informed on spa, wellness, and hospitality industry trends
Your experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1‑2 years of relevant experience in the spa/wellness, hospitality, or travel industry
  • Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce & Hub Spot
  • Experience at a startup is a plus
  • The ability to be proactive and an appetite for working with fast‑changing, innovative technology in a fast‑paced environment
  • Energetic and passionate about closing deals, deepening customer relationships, and fostering trust from partners
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills, and a meticulous attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm to work in a fast‑paced environment with a high‑performing team
  • Creative problem‑solving skills
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with project management skills
  • Tech‑savvy with an ability to learn any online system or software
