Ho that seats approximately 36 covers a night. As the sister restaurant of Torishiki in Tokyo, we host diverse and well‑traveled guests.
We are looking for a Host/Maitre'D with a background in Japanese restaurants or fine dining to work 2‑3 days a week. The main duties for this position are: to control service, print menus, greet our guests, manage reservations, and coordinate with the kitchen staff. We also expect the candidate to take on some administrative duties such as managing emails and the phone.
