Housekeeper Extra

Rate of Pay: $29.90 - $39.87 per hour. This is a union position.

Position Statement:

Commitment and dedication to Hilton culture and values is expected. You will support guests and team members in delivering a memorable vacation experience.

• Provide customer service to guests, including information about resort services, activities, and local attractions.
• Transport clean and dirty linen to and from Operations and Buildings.
• Ensure all items delivered to guest rooms are clean and in working order.
• Report maintenance deficiencies to maintain room compliance with resort standards.
• Replenish linen and guest amenities.
• Assist co-workers as requested.
• Work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment, flexible with spontaneous demands from guests and business needs.

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests in English.
• Physically able to work from ladder, move furniture, operate cleaning equipment, and tolerate general cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust, and noise.

It would be advantageous to have experience in the hospitality industry.
