The RoleResponsible for maintaining a clean, orderly hotel and an efficient housekeeping department. Responsible for the supervision of associates in housekeeping including, housekeeping management, Guestroom Attendants, Houseperson, and Lobby Attendants.
What We Look For- Ability to read, comprehend and write instructions, correspondence and memos.
- Ability to communicate verbally (including telephone contact) with Guests, management and co-workers.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have 3 years housekeeping management experience.
- Ability to analyze reports and numbers. Work involves extensive reading and visual inspection of written materials at close range.
- Will be required to work day and/or evening shifts, both weekdays and weekends.
- Previous computer experience required.
- INFOR HMS and ALICE preferred
