The Pharmacy Technician Supervisor will be responsible for standardizing the professional development of pharmacy technicians, including overseeing our accredited Pharmacy Technician Training program, technician orientation, in-service training, continuing education, and mandated learning for all pharmacy technicians. This role provides leadership in the development, implementation, tracking, and review of technician practice standards and supports excellence in pharmacy operations and patient care across the organization.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Health career Association (NHA)
• Two years of relevant experience
