** We are looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our IMsci team. If you're passionate about healthcare marketing and eager to learn the ropes of project management in a fast-paced agency environment, this is your chance to shine.
** What You'll Do:
*** Provide essential support to one or more account teams, coordinating day-to-day project tasks.
* Develop and maintain project timelines, status reports, and meeting recaps.
* Schedule internal and client meetings, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
* Manage interactions and coordinate services with external vendors.
* Support senior team members in meeting client needs and delivering high-quality work.
* Communicate project status updates effectively to internal teams and stakeholders.
* Utilize client review systems (e.g., Veeva, Zinc) to manage projects and feedback.
* Deepen your understanding of medical education projects and best practices.
* Adhere to internal processes, demonstrating a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
