Location: New York

Job Title: Business Development Manager (Healthcare Staffing)

Locations: Local to Queens/Long Island, NY or Greater Phoenix, AZ area (Hybrid Schedule)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Base Salary: $70,000–$140,000 Base (Depending on Seniority and Ramp Time)

Commission: 6% Commission on total GP (Evergreen Payout);
Uncapped

Our client is a Joint Commission Certified healthcare staffing firm with more than two decades of success serving both government and commercial healthcare clients nationwide.

They provide Physicians, Nurses, Advanced Practice Providers, and Allied Health Professionals to facilities across the U.S., including hospitals, urgent care centers, rehabilitation centers, correctional facilities, and government agencies.

The Role:

Our client is hiring multiple Healthcare Staffing Sales Representatives who are hungry, driven, and ready to produce. Ideal candidates include:

  • Proven healthcare staffing Sales producers seeking to grow their book of business.
  • Healthcare staffing Recruiters looking to transition into client-facing sales roles.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new healthcare staffing clients nationwide.
  • Sell contract and contract-to-hire staffing solutions for physicians, nurses, and advanced practice providers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from business development through delivery and retention.
  • Collaborate with recruiting and compliance teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Consistently meet or exceed gross profit and revenue goals.

Required:

  • 1+ years of sales experience in healthcare staffing (physician, nurse, allied, etc.).
  • Proven ability to generate $250K+ in annual gross profit
    .
  • Energetic, competitive, and goal-oriented “hunter” mentality.
  • Bonus:
    Experience selling into Federal or Government healthcare contracts
    .
