Skills:
Proficient knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. Strong clinical skills, including vital signs, phlebotomy, and patient preparation. - Language: Must be bilingual in Spanish.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational ability, empathy, and a professional demeanor.
- Room patients, obtain and accurately record vital signs, and document patient history in the EMR.
- Assist healthcare providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Perform basic clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, administering EKGs, and preparing lab specimens.
- Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and handle administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide clear communication and instructions to patients in both English and Spanish, ensuring comfort and understanding.
