We are seeking a full-time Customer Service & Patient Experience Professional who is looking to grow in the field of post-acute care. This entry-level healthcare management position allows professionals to practice and grow their leadership skills while overseeing patient/guest experience and employee engagement.

Here’s what we are looking for:

• Dedicated professionals who want to grow in healthcare management.
• Candidates committed to ensuring excellent levels of genuine customer service for residents and patients recovering from a recent hospitalization, surgery, or illness.
• Applicants interested in enrolling in our national Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program to earn their licensure in nursing home administration (LNHA).
• Creative, dynamic leaders open to think-tank sessions to enhance customer service in healthcare.
• Candidates interested in growing their expertise in employee operations.
• Creatives who will lead employee engagement councils to ensure that all employees have a voice in shaping their work environment.
• Professionals open to working one of the full-time schedules below (we are flexible with days and times):
• Sunday - Thursday; 10 AM - 6 PM or 11 AM - 7 PM
• Tuesday - Saturday; 10 AM - 6 PM or 11 AM - 7 PM

Salary: $22 an hour
